By downloading the Tourus app or using tourus.co, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the service

Tourus grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the app without our written permission.

3. Purchases and refunds

Tours are sold as individual purchases through the Apple App Store. All transactions are subject to Apple's payment terms. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Intellectual property

All audio content, scripts, artwork, and branding on Tourus are the intellectual property of Tourus Ltd and our content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

5. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Tourus is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for any tour in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
