Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Tourus account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the Tourus app. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately delete your account and all associated data.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your email address, purchase history, and any usage data linked to your account. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you personally) may be retained.
