Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Tourus account and all associated personal data, please email us using the details below.

[email protected]Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Prefer to do it in the app?
If you still have access to the Tourus app, you can delete your account directly: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your email address, purchase records, and all personal usage data. Anonymised aggregate analytics not linked to your identity may be retained.
